  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water or apple juice
  • 2/3 cup Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1/2 lb sliced turkey
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 romaine or curly red lettuce leaves

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add onions and apple, sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add cranberries, sugar and water. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until berries burst and begin to soften. Remove sauce from heat and cool completely.
  2. Stir yogurt into the prepared sauce.
  3. Place tortillas on a flat surface or cutting board. Place a lettuce leaf onto the lower third of each tortilla. Divide the turkey evenly between sandwiches on top of the lettuce. Spread remaining surface of each sandwich with 2 tbsp creamy cranberry relish. Roll up tortilla, cut in half and serve.
