Crisp romaine topped with turkey, apples, nuts and a goat cheese and herb yogurt dressing.


Recipe by:


  • 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 2 oz. crumbled goat’s cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Salt and cracked pepper
  • 3 heads Crisp Romaine hearts, shredded
  • 1 large apple, cored and sliced
  • 8 oz. roasted turkey, julienned
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans


  1. In a bowl mix together, yogurt, goat’s cheese, vinegar, parsley, salt and cracked pepper. Let stand 15 minutes
  2. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Toss dressing with greens and toss gently to coat. Divide salad evenly among 6 plates (2 cups per)
