Creamy Oats & Fruit Pudding

This creamy, rich oat pudding will keep you warm on a cool day, and comforted when the weather heats up.



  • 1/2 cup quick or old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup +1 Tbsp. Oikos® Greek 0% Plain or Vanilla, divided
  • 2/3 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Honey, agave nectar or brown sugar to taste
  • Fresh or Dried fruit (berries, chopped apricots, raisins, dried cranberries or blueberries)
  • Chopped toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds) to taste


  1. Mix oats, 1/2 cup yogurt, water and salt together in a small saucepan, over medium heat, simmer mixture, stirring occasionally for 4-6 minutes or until thickened to desired consistency.
  2. Transfer oatmeal to a bowl, and top with fruits and nuts as desired and a dollop of remaining yogurt.
