Red Potato Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Jack shows how to make a potato salad made with Dannon Oikos Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt.

  • 2 cups (or 3 – 5.3oz single serve containers) Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 8 red potatoes
  • Finely diced celery
  • Diced yellow bell pepper
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Onion / garlic minced or chopped


  1. Boil potatoes until tender but firm.
  2. Test with fork. Cool potatoes then cube. Place in big bowl.
  3. Mix yogurt, black pepper, salt, vinegar, minced onions and minced garlic until blended.
  4. Gently add yogurt mixture to potato mixture and toss together.
  5. Gently mix bell pepper and celery into the bowl then dust top with paprika.
  6. Chill for 1 hour.
